One-hour call to learn more about the Capacity Building System.

Step 2

Three-Day Strategic Planning Session. This session is completed either in-person* or via Zoom and should include your organization’s leadership team and board’s executive leadership. The Three-Day Strategic Planning days don’t have to be consecutive but should be completed within one month. Payment is due by the first session.

Step 3

Three Quarterly Checkpoints: Coaching Sessions in-person* or via Zoom and should include your organization’s leadership team.

Step 4

Annual Goal Setting: This session is completed either in-person* or via Zoom and should include your organization’s leadership team and board’s executive leadership.

Step 5

Ongoing Coaching: Available upon request
