Amanda Temoshek developed Capacity Building System ™. She has over 22 years of experience working with nonprofit organizations, associations, and churches. Her track record includes designing effective business and strategic plans, running winning campaigns, and executing multi-million dollar fundraising campaigns.
Amanda’s passion is helping organizations and individuals visualize their desired outcomes and develop the best path to reach their goals.
Amanda holds a degree in Public Relations from the University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO) and a Certification in Fundraising Management from UNO. In 2005, she was awarded the professional designation of Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) by CFRE International.
After years of strategic planning, Amanda continuously saw a significant issue: plans weren’t implemented. Organizations would spend hours working on plans and setting goals, only to put the written plan on a shelf without ever taking action. She developed the Capacity Building System ™ to help organizations not only put their vision on paper but also execute their plans and achieve their goals!
