The Process to Success
Step 1: One-hour call to learn more about the Capacity Building System
Step 2: Three-Day Strategic Planning Session. This session is completed either in-person* or via Zoom and should include your organization’s leadership team and board’s executive leadership. The Three-Day Strategic Planning days don’t have to be consecutive but should be completed within one month. Payment is due by the first session.
Step 3: Three Quarterly Checkpoints: Coaching Sessions in-person* or via Zoom and should include your organization’s leadership team.
Step 4: Annual Goal Setting: This session is completed either in-person* or via Zoom and should include your organization’s leadership team and board’s executive leadership.
Step 5: On-Going Coaching: Available upon request
