The Process To Success
Through the Capacity Building System ™ Three-Day Strategic Planning Session, your nonprofit will have a plan and strategy of building blocks to grow your organization.
You will sustain your growth and scale the organization with ongoing quarterly accountability and other tools.
Step I – Introduction:
One-hour call to learn more about the Capacity Building System ™
Step 2 – Three-Day Strategic Planning Session:
This session is completed either in-person* or via Zoom and should include your organization’s leadership team and board’s executive leadership. The Three-Day Strategic Planning days don’t have to be consecutive but should be completed within one month.
During the session, we will cover:
- Why: Mission & Niche, Vision and Values
- Where: Roadmap Forward
- Who: Structure and People
- How: Processes
- Metrics, Meetings, and Messaging
Step 3 – Three Quarterly Checkpoints:
Coaching Sessions in-person* or via Zoom and should include your organization’s leadership team.
Step 4 – Annual Goal Setting:
This session is completed either in-person* or via Zoom and should include your organization’s leadership team and board’s executive leadership.
Step 5 – Ongoing Coaching:
